The Agriculture and Food Authority (AFA) participated in the ADC @ 60 celebrations held in Kitale, marking six decades of innovation, impact, and transformation by the Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC).
The event was graced by the Chief Guest,Engineering Secretary Laban Kiplagat and the MD ADC Dr. Wilson Tonui, alongside the Board Chairman ADC Dr.Abdillahi Alawy.
Also present were exhibitors, farmers, stakeholders and the public. The celebrations featured a field day on Day One and a courtesy call to H.E. Governor George Natembeya on Day Two.
The forum, provided AFA with a platform to reaffirm its regulatory mandate, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and champion sustainability,value addition, and compliance across agricultural value chains in support of food security and economic growth.
